For the 66th year, OSCARS® Governors Ball is back
The 66th Oscars Governors Ball is back
(Los Angeles, CA) Following the 97th Oscars ceremony on Sunday, March 2, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' official post-Oscars® party, the Governors Ball, will return for its 66th year.
-With a cuisine designed by Wolfgang Puck and Eric Klein with pastry designs by Kamel Guechida, as well as, Garry Lardu. Wolfgang Puck Catering celebrates its 31st year at the Governors Ball.
-In collaboration with Mexico City's 2024 World's Best Bar Handshake Speakeasy, renowned mixologist Charles Joly is returning to Tequila Don Julio to serve up special cocktails including "The Class Act" with Tequila Don Julio 1942 and "The Clear Winner" with Tequila Don Julio Reposado, as well as, “The Thespian” (non-alcoholic).
-Clarendelle & Domaine Clarence Dillon wines will be the only red and white wines served at the Governors Ball, as well as, other Oscar-related events for the third year in a row.
-The unique champagne served at the Governors Ball and other Oscar-related events for the inaugural year will be Champagne Lallier, which was established in 1906.
Immediately after the Oscars show, the Governors Ball will be held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom on the upper floor of Ovation Hollywood.
On Sunday, March 2, 2025, the 97th Academy Awards will take place at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. It will be broadcast live on ABC, streamed live on Hulu, and streamed live in more than 200 countries throughout the globe.
