SAG Awards® Executive Chef David Chang Unveils Menu

The SAG Awards' Media Preview took place at The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall, while offering attendees a sneak peak at what actors, as well as, guests will enjoy at this year's SAG Awards. In attendance was Executive Chef David Chang and SAG Awards Ambassador Sofia Carson.

SAG Awards Executive Producer Jon Brockett, alongside SAG AFTRA Foundation Executive Director Cyd Wilson welcomed guests and thanked sponsors for their continued support of the Screen Actors Guild Awards, as well as, SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Brockett highlighted the SAG Awards' long-standing support of the Foundation and its Disaster Relief Fund, emphasizing the work being more crucial than ever following the Los Angeles wildfires.

Highlights included:

• MENU REVEAL – Michelin starred Chef David Chang unveiled the menu for the SAG Awards as this year's Executive Chef. The menu defies the traditional awards dinner format, pulling inspiration from his classic Momofoku bites and favorite meals. The dinner menu includes Momofuku Cold Fried Chicken, Kimbap Duo, Honey Butter Chips, and more!

• SIP LIKE THE STARS  – Sommeliers and beverage experts from Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Purely Sedona Artisan Spring Water and Santa Monica Brew Works shared the inspiration behind the selections of wines, signature cocktails, as well as, locally crafted beers that will be served to the stars on awards night.

• THE ACTOR – SAG Awards Ambassador Sofia Carson helped the American Fine Arts oundry hammer The Actor statuettes from its mold. The Foundry demonstrated every aspect of the statuette's crafting, from molten copper to patina paint.

• BACKSTAGE SNEAK PEEK – Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants and Arhaus offered an exclusive peek into the greenroom where the star-studded presenter lineup will relax before taking the stage at this year's show. Following the 31st Annual SAG Awards, all furnishings will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles to support families affected by the recent LA wildfires.
