(Los Angeles and New York) Beginning in 2026, Paramount will be the exclusive home of UFC in the U.S. through a new seven-year media rights agreement with TKO Group Holdings. The deal has an average annual value of $1.1 billion, with payments weighted toward the latter half of the contract.

All 13 numbered events and 30 Fight Nights will stream live on Paramount+, and select events will be simulcast on CBS. This agreement shifts away from UFC's existing Pay-Per-View model, making events available to Paramount+ subscribers at no additional cost. This is expected to drive engagement and subscriber growth for Paramount+.

Paramount Chairman and CEO David Ellison stated that adding UFC's events is a major win for the company's strategy of using live sports to drive subscriber growth and loyalty. TKO Group Holdings executives Ariel Emanuel and Mark Shapiro believe the deal solidifies UFC's position as a premier global sports asset and offers new opportunities for investors, brand partners, and the fanbase.
