Televerse Festival at a glance

The Television Academy will host its first Televerse festival from August 14-16, 2025, at the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE. This immersive event celebrates television, offering access to creators, storytellers, as well as, stars, along with panels and behind-the-scenes insights.

Key announced programs include:

Acting Class with Henry Winkler: An acting workshop led by Emmy winner and Hall of Famer Henry Winkler.

BONES 20th Anniversary Panel: Creator Hart Hanson along with cast members Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, T.J. Thyne, and Tamara Taylor will reunite to discuss the show's legacy.

Breaking Story with Beau Willimon: Writer/producer Beau Willimon will demonstrate the story-breaking process with live audience participation.

Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy: A sneak-peek screening of Peacock and UCP's new limited drama series, followed by a Q&A with creator Patrick Macmanus.

Game On: Inside the Booth with the Los Angeles Dodgers: An inside look at live sports television broadcasting with the Dodgers' team, including Joe Davis, Orel Hershiser, Kirsten Watson, Mike Levy, and Ben Dillenberger.

FYC Round 2 Panels: Emmy voters will access "For Your Consideration" panels featuring nominated shows and performers before final voting.

Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony: Six television legends—Viola Davis, Don Mischer, Ryan Murphy, Conan O’Brien, Mike Post, and Henry Winkler—will be inducted into the 27th Hall of Fame on August 16.

Attendees can register at televerse.com for updates. Tickets are expected to go on sale in mid-July.

The Television Academy aims to advance the television landscape, foster a diverse community, and advocate for the industry. It empowers storytellers through programs, as well as, events, and recognizes achievements with awards like the Emmy. Membership is open to television professionals.
